Return & Refund Policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unwashed, smoke-free, scent-free, and with tags still attached. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at southerngraceandbeauty@yahoo.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost packages — we recommend getting proof of delivery.

Store Credit Only — We Do Not Issue Refunds If your return is approved, you'll receive store credit in the form of a gift card for the amount of your purchase. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return.

Final Sale Items — No Returns or Exchanges The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked down 25% or more
  • All sale, live sale, flash sale, and Happy Hour sale items
  • Jewelry, candy, candles, purses, and home decor
  • Custom orders
  • Gift cards

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
