Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 24–72 hours (1–3 business days) after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer free shipping on all orders over $75. For orders under $75, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after your order has shipped. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-volume periods.

Carriers We ship via USPS or UPS. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Domestic Shipping Only At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages Southern Grace and Charm is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you have an issue with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
